This poster from Peak Proteins demonstrates how Flow Induced Dispersion Analysis (FIDA), on a Fida 1 instrument, was used across a range of protein-science applications — measuring hydrodynamic radius to size soluble and membrane proteins, detect DNA–protein and GPCR–G-protein complexes in crude cell lysates, and screen small-molecule binding. Each measurement used nanolitre sample volumes and completed in minutes without immobilisation. It is an example of using FIDA as a broad protein-characterisation and interaction-screening tool in solution.
