This Fidabio poster demonstrates how Flow Induced Dispersion Analysis (FIDA), on a Fida Neo instrument, was used to assess protein sample quality — absolute hydrodynamic radius, aggregation, stickiness, polydispersity, viscosity and labelling efficiency — from a single 40 nL sample in under five minutes. The Fida Neo Quality Control Module summarised all eight parameters in an at-a-glance dashboard, exportable as PDF reports or raw data. It is an example of using FIDA to characterise sample quality and integrity as a routine checkpoint in protein production and assay development.
