This Fidabio poster demonstrates how lipid nanoparticles (LNPs) can be comprehensively characterised on a single platform, from size and quality to biomolecular interactions. Flow Induced Dispersion Analysis (FIDA), on a Fida Neo instrument, was used to measure LNP hydrodynamic radius, polydispersity index (PDI) and aggregation state in both simple buffers and serum/plasma, and to determine the binding affinity and surface binding capacity of an anti-PEG antibody to LNPs while tracking sample viscosity. It is an example of using FIDA to characterise nanoparticle formulations and their biomolecular interactions directly in complex biological matrices.
