This poster from the Technical University of Denmark demonstrates how Flow Induced Dispersion Analysis (FIDA) was used to measure antibody binding to the endothelial protein C receptor (EPCR), a candidate therapeutic target for directing nanoparticle delivery. FIDA determined the antibody's binding affinity to a recombinant, epitope-mapped EPCR (dissociation constant ~750 nM), complementing tissue-distribution and nanoparticle-targeting data. It is an example of using FIDA to measure antibody–antigen binding affinity in solution.
